Join the Team: Customer Support Representative

SignLive is one of the largest VRI/ VRS service providers in the UK. Due to growth, we are looking to expand our Customer Support Team. 

Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for our customers and provides advice and information to enable our customers to get the best experience. From helping set up accounts, collecting feedback to discussing invoicing and providing technical support we aim to provide a high-quality support service to our customers. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of customer support as well as sourcing and onboarding new customers. The role will be home-based, we are open to receiving applications from anywhere in the UK.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering customer enquiries through LiveChat, email and video calls, providing high-quality service and support. 
  • Sourcing and onboarding new customers.
  • Supporting customers to use technology, assisting with any issues and ensuring customers get the most out of our App for their benefit. 
  • Being an ambassador for SignLive through community events, public presentations and networking. 
  • Undertake other duties that will grow with the role

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

  • Experience of providing customer support. 
  • Fluent BSL user and good written English. Experience in or knowledge of the Deaf Community.
  • Tech-savvy, confident using software and systems and assisting others in use.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with exceptional time management. 
  • Self-starter – self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

Advantageous additional Skills & Knowledge:

  • Experience of Business to Business sales
  • Ability to generate and build commercial relationships
  • Prospecting and lead generating experience
  • Experience presenting to commercial clients 

Salary – £24-£28k, dependant on experience
