SignLive is one of the largest VRI/ VRS service providers in the UK. Due to growth, we are looking to expand our Customer Support Team.
Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for our customers and provides advice and information to enable our customers to get the best experience. From helping set up accounts, collecting feedback to discussing invoicing and providing technical support we aim to provide a high-quality support service to our customers.
The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of customer support as well as sourcing and onboarding new customers. The role will be home-based, we are open to receiving applications from anywhere in the UK.
