SignLive is one of the largest VRI/ VRS service providers in the UK. Due to growth, we are looking to expand our Customer Service Team.
The role will be home-based, preferably in London, however we are open to receiving applications from anywhere in the UK.
The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of customer service including answering queries, support to use the SignLive App, dealing with feedback, as well as sourcing and onboarding new customers.
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
Salary – £24-£28k, dependant on experience (+£4k for London Allowance)
